Allana Ferguson bio
Allana began her career with Australia in Rugby Sevens back in 2013. Then, after suffering multiple knee injuries over time, Allana switched to rugby union. Allana made her women's debut in rugby league against Queensland in New South Wales. Allana's career in radio has grown since she is a regular on the 2GB Continuous Call Team, a popular show that is rated highly. Allana holds a professional teaching qualifications outside of sport. Allana Ferguson enjoys the rare distinction to have represented Australia at three different sports events: Rugby Sevens as well as Rugby League and Touch. Allana Ferguson, Jillaroos athlete who played rugby league for many years was forced to close her professional career prematurely because she injured her ACL a fourth time. Ferguson has already injured ligaments on her knee between 15, 17, and after the fourth tear the game was over for the 25-year old. Ferguson, JILLAROOS's playmaker was forced to step down before the end of the season due to a 4th injury to the left ACL. Ferguson was injured in November at a session of training. The Courier Mail confirmed that the news came this week. Ferguson has been the female rugby league's face in the past few years.
